Munam Bin Tariq is a Mechanical and Energy Engineer with over 6 years of experience in technical sales, mechanical design and analysis, and plant maintenance and reliability. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in Italy and completed one semester of Erasmus+ Exchange abroad in Technical University Clausthal in Germany. He also holds a primary degree as a Mechanical Engineer from NUST in Pakistan. Currently, Munam is working as a Technical Sales Support Engineer at Optibelt Italia S.r.l, where he is responsible for growing diverse experience with Italian clients, distributors, and end-users with close coordination with German production sites of Optibelt. He manages tecno-commercial offers from the technical and commercial aspect, handles RFQ, purchase requisitions, inventory, purchase orders, after-sale support technical clarifications, and client/end-user support. Munam also has one year of experience as a research assistant at the German Research Center at the department of experimental fluid dynamics, where he was involved in CFD simulations for fouling monitoring, detection, and analysis in industrial pipes. He also has three years of experience as a Plant Maintenance Engineer (Static and Rotary equipment) with Fatima-Group in Pakistan. Munam possesses technical skills in turbo-machinery and static equipment plant maintenance experience, 3D mechanical design and analysis, conventional and energy plants design, industrial projects management, procurement and inventory planning, and supply chain management. He is experienced in design software packages such as SolidWorks, PTC CREO, and AutoCAD, and FEA packages such as ANSYS. Munam also has programming experience in C/C++, MATLAB (efile and Simulink), and LabVIEW. He has proficiency in planning software such as SAP, MS Project, ERP Oracle, and Primavera.
